Sheela Fiorenzo is a Charlotte, North Carolina—based writer, editor, and recipe developer. She is currently an editor at Kitchn, where she writes about home cooking, wine, and wellness, as well as develops and tests recipes geared toward the everyday cook. She's spent time at both Epicurious and Food52 and has written for publications such as Serious Eats, Tasting Table, and Fathom. Sheela received her master's degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, holds Level 2 and Level 3 Awards in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), graduated from New York University's Department of Nutrition and Food Studies, and is also a Registered Dietitian. She lived in New York City for 10 years before recently planting new roots in the South.
